Farewell Bella
Monday was a sad day for Bella’s family, as they said goodbye to their sweet and loveable girl. She was 12 years old.
I loved spending time with her in the spring of 2013…what a sweetheart…what a beauty. An older lady even then…she did a lot of lounging on her porch. I remember how much she loved her stuffed duck. She cracked us up when she rolled on her back.
Bella’s family shared some words about their lovely lady:
“She was the sweetest dog we ever knew! So obedient, so sweet, so gentle.
Bella was a member of the St John Ambulance therapy dog team and visited the Milton Hospital’s Cronic Care Unit weekly. In her rounds she spent many hours cheering up the staff and patients.
Bella was our granddaughter first best friend. We babysat her a few days each week and they were inseparable. She would refer to our house as “Grandma, Poppa and Bella’s”, it was never just Grandma and Poppa’s house.
We will miss our girl, but we will never forget her.” – Judy

Feeling Bella’s family’s loss deeply. Old chocolate girls are the best. Bella lived up to her name. What an amazing face, with no doubt, a tale to tell. So glad Marcia captured that for you. Sincere condolences
I am so very sorry to hear of Bella’s passing and my deepest condolences to her family. There is nothing like the love of a beloved pet….Bella left knowing she was well loved.
What a truly amazing animal, a perfect family member for the amazing Goss family! Sorry for your loss!
