the caledon cairns
last weekend i visited a family with three beautiful cairn terriers on a gorgeous property in caledon, ontario.
Pinch, Sloane and Kamryn (the Springpark Cairns) were a fun trio bunch to hang with on a blustery November day (a huge thank you to their humans for being great sports in the cold). as i followed the trio of totos up and down the laneway, Sloane and her daughter Kamryn were busy hunting rodents in the rock wall. Mister Pinch was more interested in his ball.
poor sweet Kamryn (first image, far left) has been battling a mystery illness for quite some time and has baffled many of the most respected vets. i told her i’m coming back to visit in the spring when all theflowers are in bloom, so she better be there. i know she will.
Sloane and Kamryn come from Cairwick Cairns in Sarnia, Ontario and Pinch hails from Cairnpit Terriers in the Ottawa region.
leave some positive thoughts for her and this darling crew in the comment section below.
They look like a triumvirate of trouble!
Oh such sweet dogs!! I love these shots, especially the ones among the rocks, as their history dictates!
Excellent work again, Marcia!
Marcia, thank you so much for capturing not only their physical images, but also the personalities of my great little pals. And Kamryn has told me that she looks better in the summer, so she hopes to be there to greet you 6 months from now.
