our miss brook

meet cutie-pie westie Brook (from Cheviotvale Westies in Elora, Ontario).

Brook and her momma were participants at the Westies In Need fund-raising event this summer.

we finally met at Monarch Park, Toronto for our shoot last month. we were lucky enough to catch the tail-end of the gorgeous autumn colours. in fact, for the majority of our shoot we were moving to avoid the big bad leaf shredder, who was quickly destroying our decorative ground cover.

she loved scampering around in the crunchy leaves and playing catch (and tug-of-war) with her frisbee. she also gave me a piece of her mind when i didn’t throw it back right away.

at one point we even met a little fan, who came up and gave Brook a hug. what a sweetheart!
