woofstock…has come and gone
wow! what a whirlwind! my first year at woofstock was a blast! i met so many fabulous people and their equally fabulous furry friends.
even though my white table cloth got peed on 4 times (that i witnessed anyway), i lost my voice and i didn’t have time to check out the other vendors, i am so grateful for the experience and future opportunities last weekend brought to me.
thank you to all of my friends, family, neighbors, colleagues, clients and fans who braved the “hairy” crowds to show their support.
thank you to the organizers who pulled off another fantastic festival.
a special shout out to my super-helper who helped me load-in, stood by me for most of the weekend and came to my rescue on saturday night. you rock my world!
a huge thank you to the woofstock attendees who always had kind words for me (you made me blush more than i would care to admit). but i never got sick of hearing “wow” and i got a huge kick out of watching people respond to that certain image that caught their eye as they walked by. there was a lot to see, so thank you for taking the time to stop and comment at my booth.
and although they haven’t learned to read (yet)…thank you to my beautiful furry muses, who continue to inspire my work. i figured the weekend would be too hectic to bring them with me (lucky kids were living it up at the cottage this weekend, while momma worked hard), but they were with me in spirit and more importantly…
in photographs.
i hope to do it all again next year. see you there!
UPDATE: congratulations to ted, from etobicoke, who is the winner of the contest. thank you to everyone who signed up for my newsletter.
