cats have many important jobs around the house… one of those being: New Bedding Inspectors. just try to make the bed without their “supervision.” just try. 

for the first time in over 5 years, i only have one half of the dynamic dog duo with me. we returned home from the cottage last night and Tichka decided she would rather stay there with my family. so it’s just me, LD, and the cats. it feels odd, but part of me thinks it’s a good thing for them to have a break.

i just arrived home to discover an unauthorized snuggle party already in progress… and i wasn’t even invited… the nerve! i guess i’ll have to crash it. 

it was a perfect day to go to the beach and allow LD to take in his domain. they don’t call him “king of the hill” for nothing. i think he may also be part mountain goat. 

one day Tichka and LD were transported back to the mystical land of 1970s Yes album covers. 

that is one very impressive stream of slobber. go Kody! 

somebdoy jumped right out of my frame. he may have little legs, but they sure are springy!
